A DocuSign document is emailed to you for your digital signature. You have 5 days to make your initial deposit payment of 50% of the rental amount, plus a $1000 security deposit and taxes.

Yes, depending on how early you reserve your home.  An initial deposit is due within 5 days of securing your vacation rental. The remaining amount is due within 60 days prior to check-in. If you're checking in is less than 60 days from the date of contract then all is due at contract signing.

We accept Zelle, cashier's checks and wired funds. If wiring funds just call us for our wiring instructions to give to your financial institution.

We do! We are on-call 24 hours a day, so you will never have to wait to hear back and get any issues rectified.

Yes, our homes are fully furnished including full kitchen utencils, coffee maker, toaster, initial supply of dishwasher and washer soap, clean linens and more.

No, the cost of the vacaiton home, including the security deposit and taxes are the only costs incurred. Our guests do not have to pay for property taxes, utilities, landscaping, etc. That is the responsibility of the home owner.

Security deposits are refunded, less the $200 cleaning fee, within 15 days after the property has been inspected by the owner. The inspection occurs after 10:00 AM on the date of check-out. Should damages or theft of property be discovered, the tenant is then notified in writing that the deposit will be refunded in 30 days.
