The fee is paid directly to The Villages on arrival, but we need to order the ID’s for you.

Security deposit: $1000, of which $200 is deducted for the cleaning fee.

50% due within 5 days to secure your rental. The remaining 50% rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made less than 60 days prior to check-in, the total amount will be due.
